The refund Policy on Mass Muscle products are given within 30 days if a video is delivered and is defective in any manner. In order to receive a refund the video must be mailed back to Mass Muscle within this time period for a refund to be given. If any reason other then defective, you must call us at 239-498-3684 and explain your reason.
